Refund Policy

  • Before we start work (no documents reviewed yet): full refund of our fee.
  • After preparation has started but before filing: partial refund, reduced by the work already done.
  • After the return is filed on FBR IRIS: no refund of our fee.

Refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually within 10 working days. Tax paid to FBR is not our fee and cannot be refunded by us.
